We are in search of highly self-motivated independent contractors to join our team. As a 1099 contractor, these positions are not eligible for health benefits from the company.

Administrative Assistant
Location: Smithfield, VA

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Performing periodical inventory audits and ordering of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for all levels of staff
  • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Proficient with computers, email, internet, scanners, and printers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Has dependable transportation

Licensing Specialist I
20-25 hrs per week
Location: Remote

  • Assist client with alcohol license application process for special events
  • Works with different event venues as a liaison for clients to obtain proper documentation for alcohol license issuance
  • Review and correct documents for compliance with VA Alcoholic Beverage Authority standards for one day license approvals
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Option of working from home or in team setting
  • Must be willing to travel to Mercury Blvd Hampton VA weekly to drop off license applications, license renewal fees, application fees, etc



Licensing Specialist II
20-25 hrs per week
Location: Remote

  • Assist clients with retail alcohol licensing, VA Lottery licensing, SNAP licensing, and any other state and city registrations if necessary
  • Works with different agencies as a liaison for clients to obtain proper documentation for alcohol license issuance
  • Review and correct documents for compliance with VA Alcoholic Beverage Authority standards
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Option of working from home or in team setting

 

Sales Consultant
Location: Remote

  • Draft sales proposals to potential alcohol licensees
  • Obtain signed sales agreements
  • Monitor monthly sales to ensure ratio and minimum sales requirements of VA alcohol licensees.
  • Have and maintain VA Notary status
  • Assist clients with completing alcohol applications
  • Assist clients with completing applicable locality permits
  • Complete or assist clients with completing Mixed Beverage Annual Reviews.
  • Promote, coordinate and manage alcohol state-certified TOAST VA training for clients.
  • Maintain communication with clients during the license application process.
  • Review and assist client’s records in the following categories
  • Manage and grow client base
  • Conduct mock inspections to determine VA ABC compliance and address any compliance issues such as, but not limited to:
    • Ownership/Officer Changes
    • Record keeping
    • License Renewals
    • Trade name update
    • Current training status
